The mansion has been renovated in 2008 in order to create individual rooms and suites to the most up-to-date comfort standards, while retaining a typical architecture and character.

The other rooms are shared by sudents. They include a large living room with wooden beams and an open fireplace, facing an elegant front yard, while the dining room and modern kitchen have direct access to a quiet 1500 m² garden, with both a wood and a lawn area. This is a very pleasant place for daytime summer parties around the stone barbecue.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with cable TV (40 channels including CNN, BBC World), a  DVD player and preinstalled internet (ADSL) accessible through both WiFi and LAN sockets in each appartment. Internet is already running when you arrive in the house and the telephone line allows you to call without charge the landlines of 100 countries including France, Europe, the USA, China, HK, India, Israel, Singapore etc. as well as cellular phones in the USA and Canada.
