The above rent is inclusive of City tax, garbage removal, gardening, water and water softening, ADSL.
The rent does not include :
- The mandatory Tenant's liability insurance, which must be contracted for directly with your French bank or an E.U. insurance company (we will put you in touch with a provider if desired).
- Energy bills (Gas, Electricity)
