The above rent is inclusive of tax and bills, subject to reasonable use of utilities. The rent does not include the mandatory Tenant's liability insurance, which must be contracted for directly with your French bank or an E.U. insurance company (we will put you in touch with a provider if desired).

The two rental periods run:

• Autum period: 4 full months from late August (day before registration) to December (day after graduation)
• Spring period: 6 full months from early January (day before registration) to July (day after graduation)
